Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough research on potential clients and gather information about their business needs and pain points.
  • To initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • To qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • To collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • To build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
  • To stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • To provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • To participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • To meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
  • To own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
  • To assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
  • To provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications.
  • To maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
