Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough research on potential clients and gather information about their business needs and pain points.
- To initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- To qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
- To collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- To build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
- To stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- To provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- To participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- To meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
- To own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
- To assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
- To provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications.
- To maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
