Job Description

As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our social media and digital marketing services. You will also identify potential leads and schedule meetings for the sales team with decision-makers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our social media and digital marketing services.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and schedule meetings for the sales team with decision-makers.
  3. Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Pitching Services: Explain the value of our services, such as content creation, social media management, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
  5. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is essential.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications is required.
