Job Overview

This role involves driving sales to close key new business in the existing pipeline, acquiring new customers, retaining old business, proposals, negotiation, and major deals to win major new un-vended business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Data center Sales, IT Software sales, Digital Solution Sales, Technical Sales, or SaaS, with a strong focus on recurring and sustainable revenue for customers.

Responsibilities

This position requires seeking out, finding, and winning new business opportunities while negotiating and securing favorable terms for Iron Mountain in deals.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with target Accounts utilizing multilevel representation by Iron Mountain and high involvement in customer liaison.

Key responsibilities include maintaining consistent, timely, and high-quality reporting meeting requirements of the business, contributing to team effectiveness, and overall business strategies and directions.

This role also involves ensuring all local SSHE requirements, Iron Mountain policies, and procedures are being met and adhered to.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to build, grow, and deliver revenue for the Iron Mountain Digital solution meeting and exceeding individual quota assignments across the existing and new Iron Mountain customer base.

A consultative, value-based selling approach is essential, working closely with the Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to understand the customers' use case and benefits to be delivered within the Iron Mountain Digital Solutions portfolio.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
