Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Professional to drive revenue growth through advertising, performance marketing, and brand-related monetization channels in the West region.

At Rooter, we are passionate about creating innovative solutions for online media sales. Our goal is to increase revenue and establish brand position among online advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitching and Selling Advertising Solutions: Identify and engage with key accounts and agencies to pitch and sell our advertising solutions, including display/branding, IP, content, esports, and more.
  • Revenue Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies, and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue monthly.
  • Collaboration with Operations and Brand Solutions Teams: Work closely with operations and brand solutions teams to ensure timely deliveries and identify market opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience, with an MBA considered a plus.
  • Digital Ad Sales Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital ad sales with an advertising company, ad network, publisher, or ad-tech company.
  • Strong Relationship Building: Must have a strong relationship with agencies and clients, with skills in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.
