Your Role & Responsibilities
  1. Have a consultative sales approach to focus on customer discovery, need analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure through customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Ensure Sales diligence by building and managing sales pipeline through sales cadences and follow-ups to achieve revenue targets (earn attractive incentives).
  3. Proactive awareness about what competition is doing to build or improve sales strategies.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Support, Product Management, and Marketing team to get client feedback heard and issues resolved.
  5. Mentor and Coach new members of the team by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
  6. Be the voice of customers and put forth suggestions for new features and improvements on our existing ones through client interactions.
  7. Build Network by coordinating and engaging with necessary members from the Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and growth campaigns.
  8. Build customer relationships by connecting with existing customers as their web advisor and help them achieve their business goals provisioning the right set of product and services.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses:

  • Graduate from any stream (mandatory)
  • 0-2 years of professional experience preferred in the Indian market (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and peers
  • Quick learner with an inquisitive mind and desire to outperform
  • Interested and inclined towards technology
  • Willingness to work on a pre-defined roster
  • Desire and passion to collaborate, learn, and grow
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to complete large volumes of work
