Digital Sales Professional

As a Digital Sales Professional at Motwane Digital, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales of our innovative IoT-based monitoring solutions for electrical assets. Our products are designed to meet the evolving needs of industrial customers, and we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team.
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in electrical/electronic assets and systems, who can effectively communicate complex concepts to customers and provide solutions that meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy that targets key accounts and generates new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits of our IoT-based monitoring solutions, and effectively communicate these to customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our national sales manager and territory sales engineer to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a technical or inside sales role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong core knowledge of electrical/electronic assets and systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs and provide on-site support when necessary.
