Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Professional to join our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling marketing solutions to businesses of all sizes. This individual should be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand the client's needs and present tailored digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content, etc.) to solve their business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities from initial contact through to closing.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients, upsell services, and maintain client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of services.
  • Track Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, track KPIs, and report on sales activities and outcomes.

Salary & Benefits:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar service-based industry.
  • In-depth Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Experience with agency offerings is highly preferred.
  • Client-Facing Sales: Experience in conducting client calls, sales presentations, and proposal creation. Comfortable with high-level discussions on strategy and ROI.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Negotiation Skills: Comfortable with contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and handling objections.
