Role OverviewA Sales Accelerator's key responsibility is to support the sales team by gathering and qualifying valuable market data, as well as establishing connections with potential clients through various outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities- IDentifying ideal customer companies and persona profiles
- Identifying potential prospects and generating leads through research, databases, online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo), events, and other channels
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research about our ICPs and compiling a list of potential clients
- Leveraging a variety of outreach methods to connect with potential customers
- Effectively qualifying leads by uncovering their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes
- Maintaining and updating a robust lead management system (CRM) with accurate and timely data
- Maintaining and updating tracking reports for Data Management activities
- Continuously learning about our solutions, market trends, and competitor landscape
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
- Should be internet savvy and able to research information using various search engines, directories, and networking-related sites.
- Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills enabling quick resolution to unique challenges.
- Deadline-driven individual
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- A bachelor's degree in any field, Master's preferred.
