High Velocity Sales Leader

At BiteSpeed, we are looking for a highly skilled High Velocity Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical.
This role involves managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team, owning revenue targets of our fastest growing segment, and implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS exposure, who has a track record of managing high velocity sales motions. You should be comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
The ideal candidate will have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen. They will be results-driven, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
As a High Velocity Sales Leader at BiteSpeed, you will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹120 lakhs per annum, plus generous equity (ESOP) and benefits such as health insurance, quarterly off-sites, cult fitness membership, personal development opportunities, unlimited leaves, and salary in advance.
