As a High-Velocity Sales Leader, you will:

  • Owning overall mid-market India new revenue targets and driving growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Managing an outbound team of business development representatives to set up meetings and close deals
  • Mentoring a team of inside sales account executives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Developing and implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations to optimize sales efficiency
