Job Description:

This role involves leading our high-velocity mid-market India sales vertical, which has been founder-led so far. You'll report directly to our CEO and be responsible for managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team, while owning revenue targets for our fastest-growing segment.

Responsibilities:
  • Own our overall mid-market India new revenue targets and drive strategies to exceed them.
  • Manage a team of business development representatives for setting up meetings.
  • Oversee a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue.
  • Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
  • Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos.
  • Develop and execute sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels, and track reporting dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS exposure.
  • A proven track record of managing high-velocity sales motions.
  • A passion for business and sales, with the ability to adapt to early-stage startup imperfections.
  • High agency and adaptability to drive results.
