We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive sales growth and achieve targets for our real estate projects in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Sales Target Achievement:
The incumbent will be accountable for achieving sales targets for assigned sites through effective sales planning, sales administration, and market research. Key responsibilities include assigning sales targets to team members, tracking sales inventory, interacting with customers to convert potential leads, and negotiating deals.

Leadership and Team Management:
As a leader, the individual will define work objectives for team members, balance work allocation, review tasks completed by team members, and conduct regular performance reviews. They will also complete performance appraisals of team members and carry out team-building activities to enhance engagement and motivation.

Process Improvement and Compliance:
The Sales Leader will identify processes that need improvement in their work area, recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency, costs, and productivity, and undertake process improvement activities. Additionally, they will comply with company-defined guidelines and processes, adhere to project timelines, and ensure learning and development opportunities for themselves and team members.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have an MBA in Marketing and Sales, 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales in the real estate or construction industry. A strong understanding of sales strategies, leadership skills, and ability to manage teams effectively are essential. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum, which may vary based on location and qualifications.
