Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our aftersales services to a wide range of customers within our segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Target new customer growth by promoting and selling our aftersales services, including spare and replacement parts, emergency and planned service and maintenance, and planned service agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Use market intelligence and industry networking tools to identify new business opportunities and capture any available opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing function to tailor customer campaigns and support growth strategy.
- Utilize enterprise tools, data sets, and valuable customer insight to deliver targeted growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration/Fire Protection systems within the Marine or offshore Market.
- Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/ local language) to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Knowledge on compressors, chillers, refrigeration, fire systems preferred.
