Tele Sales Executive Position

At Robu.In, our B2B-Sales Team engages with customers for all sales-related activities. Each Sales Executive is assigned a set of customers to achieve sales targets. However, some customers go stagnant after placing orders, and we classify them into Performing Accounts (PA) and Non-Performing Accounts (NPA).
We are seeking candidates with good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stress management abilities. They should possess listening skills, the ability to think quickly, and provide solutions to customer issues. A clear and pleasant speaking voice with fluency in English and immediate availability are required.
This is an entry-level position suitable for Freshers or candidates with 0-to-1 years of experience in Customer Care profiles, Out-bound Sales, Sales Support, Tele-Sales, or Inside-Sales for Electronic Products & Components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily calls to NPAs to understand reasons behind low/no business.
- Resolve service/pricing issues by coordinating with Sales Executives.
- Research competitors' products for comparative studies.
- Understand electronic technicalities and functions.
- Mailing shipping details and invoices to customers.
Salary: ₹1,92,286/- to ₹2,53,355/- per year + up to ₹72,000/- per year in sales incentives based on NPA conversion.

The ideal candidate should have ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or any Graduates/12th passed with relevant experience in Tele-Sales/Out-bound Sales or Customer Care.
