Job Role & Responsibilities
The Tele-Sales Executives will be responsible for daily calling customers from non-performing accounts to understand the reasons behind low or no business.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve issues related to services/pricing of products required by customers by coordinating with sales executives.
- Conduct research on competitor products for comparative studies to assist customers better.
- Understand electronic technicalities and functions properly.
- Mailing shipping details and invoices to customers.
Required Skills
- Fluent verbal and written English communication.
- Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Relevant experience in outbound sales, sales support, tele-sales, or inside sales for electronic products and components.
