Geographic Sales Executive

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a designated geographic area. This role involves driving sales growth, mentoring a team of field sales representatives, and delivering presentations to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, excellent management and leadership skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
About Zoop:
Zoop is a dynamic company that values innovation and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales within the designated geographic area.
- Talent Development: Mentor and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication, product demonstrations, and needs assessments.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
