Job Description:

Zoop is a dynamic company that values innovation and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans to engage customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication, product demonstrations, and needs assessments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
