The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through daily calls to non-performing accounts.
- Resolve customer issues related to services and pricing by coordinating with sales teams.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of electronic technicalities and functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers through email and mail.
Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Relevant experience in out-bound sales, sales support, tele-sales, or inside-sales for electronic products and components.
