Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive to join our B2B-Sales Team at Robu.In. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily calls to Non-Performing Accounts (NPAs) to understand reasons behind low/no business
- Resolve issues related to services/pricing of products required by customers by coordinating with sales executives
- Research competitors' products for comparative study to assist customers
- Properly understand electronic technicalities and functions
- Mailing of shipping details and invoices to customers
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress/work pressure well
- Good listening skills and ability to think quickly
- Fluency in English and availability for immediate joining
- 0-1 years of experience in Customer Care profile/Out-bound Sales, Sales Support, Tele-Sales or Inside-Sales for Electronic Products & Components

Educational Qualification:
ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics, or any Graduates/12th passed with relevant experience into Tele-Sales/Out-bound Sales or Customer Care
Salary Range:
1,92,286/- to 2,53,355/- Fixed CTC per year + (Additional) Sales Incentives Up-to Rs.72,000/- per year based on Sales (NPA) conversion
