Job Summary

Robu.In is a leading B2B sales company seeking a talented and fluent communicating individual as a Tele-Sales Executive for Inside Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting Non-Performing Accounts into Performing ones through effective customer engagement and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily calling customers from Non-Performing Accounts to understand the reasons behind low or no business
  • Resolving issues related to Services/Pricing of products required by customers by coordinating with the Sales Executive's
  • Researching the web for competitor's products and conducting a comparative study to assist customers better
  • Properly understanding electronic technicalities and functions
  • Mailing shipping details and invoices to customers
Requirements
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication is compulsory
  • Microsoft Excel and Basic computer knowledge
  • Relevant experience as an Out-bound Sales, Sales Support, Tele-Sales, or Inside-Sale's for Electronic Products and Components
