We are seeking a skilled Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at Vinsys It Services (I) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality sales leads in a fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, as well as leveraging LinkedIn for B2B sales. They will be expected to understand customer needs and requirements, and to research accounts to identify key players and generate interest.

The successful candidate will be required to close sales and achieve monthly targets. They will also be responsible for connecting with new clients and responding to online enquiries received through our digital marketing team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably from the training industry
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Good negotiation skills
