Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at GrowHo. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue growth in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the Pune market and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
