Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Vyom Labs Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through effective lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and other social media platforms to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
  • Research and analyze relevant databases to extract valuable customer information.
  • Guide marketing interns in generating customer databases and arranging customer meetings with Sales Managers/Pre-sales consultants.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales qualified leads targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an USA outbound Inside Sales role.
  • Understanding of IT Service and Operations Management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and other social media platforms.
