High-Performing Sales Account Executive Wanted for Enterprise Success

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our North India team at Netcore Cloud, a leading comprehensive customer engagement platform. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you'll have the opportunity to work with top-notch brands, develop innovative sales strategies, and foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
About the Role:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline of new clients and opportunities across various domains, including EComm, D2C, Retail, EdTech, and FinTech.
- Drive overall deal closure and new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through accurate forecasting and commitments for the North India market.
- Partner with C-Level executives within accounts to drive outcomes and build account strategies for revenue growth.
- Institute training and learning/development processes to continuously raise the performance level of account executives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within Netcore Cloud as the primary liaison for the North India Hunters team.
- Monitor Salesforce CRM hygiene and drive process adherence through CRM best practices.
What We Look For:
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the marketing automation or SaaS industry.
- Exposure to industry verticals including but not limited to D2C, E-commerce, Retail, EdTech, Fintech, Media, Gaming, etc.
- A strong understanding of the customer engagement and experience landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- The ability to prospect independently and build a funnel/pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced SFDC hygiene and forecasting ability.
- Must have experience carrying a quota of INR 20L+ ARR for at least the last 2 years.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with lead generation and qualification tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Apptopia, etc.
- Experience with developing and executing sales strategies.
