Ecommerce Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Development Manager to join our team at Janasya. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our Shopify platform, themes, and corresponding apps.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement D2C Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C strategy to drive online sales and brand growth through direct customer engagement.
- Ecommerce Platform Management: Manage the end-to-end D2C operations, including website management, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of D2C initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic and conversion on the D2C platform.
- KPI Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to maximize revenue and profitability.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and technology providers to enhance the D2C ecosystem and capabilities.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in D2C to drive strategic decision-making and competitive advantage.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce management roles, with a focus on driving direct-to-consumer sales and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of D2C business models, online retail platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies in the D2C space.
- Experience in managing D2C P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation and change in the D2C channel.
- Passion for consumer brands, customer experience, and leveraging digital channels to drive business growth.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
