Job Overview
At Solwin Infotech, we are seeking a skilled Shopify Ecommerce Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about e-commerce website development and enthusiastic about working with cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role
This position demands a strong understanding of the entire app development process, including design, development, and deployment. As a Shopify Plus platform developer, you will be responsible for designing UX based on our brand standards and style guide, implementing system integrations, and contributing to the development of open-source software. Your expertise should include liquid programming language, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multi-channel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom-tailored Shopify themes, altering pre-existing templates as needed.
  • Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform, including theme customization, app development, and integrations.
  • Implement system integrations crucial to our success.
  • Contribute to the development of open-source software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies.
  • Ensure the components being developed and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
  • Develop testing plans and troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce.
  • Daily reporting to senior developers on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects/assignments and tasks given by seniors.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing required documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of liquid programming language.
  • Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Ability to install and customize new Shopify themes.
  • Clear concept of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Jquery.
  • Knowledge in other e-commerce platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce (a plus).
  • Relationship Management skills.
  • Learning Ability.
