Requirements
  • Past experience in managing customer relationships and leading a sales team with clear sales targets.
  • Flexibility, action-oriented self-starters with strong data analysis skills.
  • Taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, driving results, and moving quickly to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors alike.
  • Leading alternate sales channels, such as residence visits, design/sales at show flats, and apartment activities.
  • Open to new initiatives.

We are Looking for:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Estimated Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹90,000 per month (dependent on location and performance)
