Sales Development Manager Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Surat, GJ, IND. This role will involve building strong relationships with existing and new partners, identifying key prospects, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing alignment with partners to grow existing and new partnerships
- Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the value proposition for their business, and establishing long-term, successful partnerships
- Tracking, monitoring, and improving performance of key partners
- Developing business plans with partners and executing growth as per plan
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically about business. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of sales experience are required. A Postgraduate degree in management would be a plus.
