Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with international clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: BBA/MBA in Sales or Marketing, or B.Tech in Textiles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
