Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

At Prometteur Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing, with a strong understanding of the IT software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to analyze client requirements and submit proposals.
  • Negotiate with clients to finalize deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of business-to-business sales and business development, with a preference for IT software sales.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • BBA/MBA in marketing or a related field, or graduates from any computer stream.

Working Hours:

9 hours a day, with a 1-hour break, and flexible working hours including day and night shifts.
