We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our dealer and distributor network, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales turnover and expand our market share.
  • Identify new revenue streams and explore opportunities to reach end consumers through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field + MBA.
  • At least 7-9 years of experience in a sales-oriented organization, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian construction industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
