We are hiring a Senior EMS Business Development Manager for our client in the Surat area.

Job Description

The role involves working closely with the promoter to develop and launch an EMS business from scratch, utilizing deep industry expertise and knowledge. Key responsibilities include formulating business strategies, driving execution, and onboarding critical global and regional partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Work closely with the promoter to drive business growth, manage a small team, and track project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Sales Support: Use strong industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to conduct customer assessments and evaluations for their requirements, assist with pre-sales processes and documents, and initiate cold-reach outs to customers.
  • Strategy and Operational Support: Support the Tech lead with research required for product portfolio finalization, refine execution plans based on learnings from pilots, and drive open communication between teams to ensure zero delays.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior managerial position in the EMS business or 5+ years of experience in management consulting.
  • Relevant roles: Project Manager, Project Lead, Senior Manager.
  • Degree Requirements: BTech/ BE or MBA.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is indicative and may vary based on various factors.
