Job Description

 

Bajaj Consumer Care is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales and distribution efforts in Surat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing revenue, and expanding our product and customer base in the region.

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand market/customer base.
  • Provide insights on sales trends, product portfolio, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure effective channel partner management.
  • Monitor dealer and distributor performance, addressing any gaps or issues.
  • Create market research reports on future changes in the FMCG business.

 

Requirements

 

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Care Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, and the ability to analyze complex data to drive business growth. Compensation Package

 

We offer a competitive salary of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
