Job Overview

We are seeking a Territory Development Manager to join our team at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through channels and expanding our dealer, distributor, and retail network in the assigned territory.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in a highly sales-oriented organization and possess a strong understanding of the building material industry. A graduation degree plus an MBA is required, with relevant experience being preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales turnover and customer experience in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network.
  • Collect outstanding amounts and manage receivables efficiently.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on competition offerings to continually improve customer experience.
Salary & Benefits
