Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team in the Infrastructure & Waste Management industry. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales productivity and effectiveness through data analysis, planning, and process improvement.

About Snaphunt

Our client is dedicated to enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and awareness in the comprehensive management of waste disposal. With a focus on delivering end-to-end waste management services, our client assists Producers, Importers, and Brand Owners (PIBOs) in compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations for plastic waste, tyre waste, battery waste, e-waste, and oil waste as per government norms.

Responsibilities
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team in key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by offering the sales team high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions, and coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • You have at least 3 years' experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Infrastructure & Waste Management industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Cold Calling, Email Drafting, and Lead Generation.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
What We Offer
