Job Description:

Ecommerce Specialist (D2C) responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the D2C strategy to drive online sales and brand growth through direct customer engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end D2C operations, including website management, product assortment, and pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of D2C initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the D2C channel.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic and conversion on the D2C platform.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and technology providers to enhance the D2C ecosystem and capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in D2C to drive strategic decision-making and competitive advantage.
  • Provide guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
  • Design UX based on brand's standard and style guide.
  • Developing testing plans and troubleshooting issues related to website.
  • Ensure a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimise the shop for overall efficiency and functionality

Company Overview:At Janasya, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. Our Ecommerce Specialist will play a critical role in driving online sales and brand growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of D2C initiatives.

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce management roles, with a focus on driving direct-to-consumer sales and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of D2C business models, online retail platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies in the D2C space.
  • Experience in managing D2C P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation and change in the D2C channel.
  • Passion for consumer brands, customer experience, and leveraging digital channels to drive business growth.
