This is a sales position with Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. In this role, you will drive acquisition, revenue and shipper satisfaction for our product. To be successful, you need to earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of sales experience and be able to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers. Additionally, experience meeting revenue targets and quotas, as well as experience in e-commerce and working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization, are preferred.

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business leads, manage existing relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business across other Amazon entities. You will also be responsible for tracking your progress, managing obstacles, and achieving your objectives.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹9-12 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
