Business Development Manager for E-commerce Growth

This is a Sales Specialist role with Amazon, an inclusive employer and member of the global LGBTQ+ business community myGwork.
As a Sales Specialist, you will drive acquisition, revenue, and shipper satisfaction for our product. You will earn trust with customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs.
You will have the ability to source and close new business leads as well as marketing qualified leads. You will relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management and Technical. You will track your progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
You will seek opportunities to expand business relationships across other Amazon entities to drive value for customers. You will meet or exceed targets for customers and identify prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets.
This role will be based in Ahmedabad with possible moderate travel (maximum 50%).
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers, experience meeting revenue targets and quotas, experience in e-commerce, and experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
We estimate the salary for this position to be between ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
