As an E-commerce Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing a set of partners in tier 2/3 cities across India. Your primary goal will be to bring relevant sellers and selection from these cities onto the Amazon.in platform through these partners.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Understanding products and services offered by Amazon and articulating its functions and benefits to external audiences.
  • Hiring, training, and managing partners in designated areas or cities.
  • Implementing standard operating processes to scale the working of the organization.
  • Helping define the seller base and industry verticals we target using local knowledge.
  • Identifying valuable partners, sellers, and selection.
  • Leading the team to acquire retailers with valuable selection and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Interfacing with internal teams to identify seller integration needs and deploying resources to lift these seller capabilities to work on our systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have superior customer interfacing skills and demonstrate ownership, analytical ability, and an eye for detail. You must also be able to work autonomously in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.

This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications include an MBA, sales experience in e-commerce, and more than 3 years of experience. We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on location and experience.
