About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned expert who can develop and implement a comprehensive D2C strategy that drives online sales and brand growth through direct customer engagement. As a Digital Commerce Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end D2C operations, including website management, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the D2C strategy to drive online sales and brand growth through direct customer engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end D2C operations, including website management, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of D2C initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the D2C channel.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic and conversion on the D2C platform.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to maximize revenue and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce management roles, with a focus on driving direct-to-consumer sales and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of D2C business models, online retail platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
