About the Role



We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Surat. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the distribution led retail business in Cochin and nearby cities with the help of channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver revenue objectives for ENOX Retail business as per plan in the assigned territory
* Review performance of existing distribution channels and proactively highlight gaps to the manager
* Identify new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence
* Build and manage demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market
* Identify key influences like carpenters and local contractors/architects/builders and ensure regular and structured engagement like product trainings, meets, etc.
* Support working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
* Formulate promotional activities as a part of brand building
* Organize structured sessions to ensure product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
* Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of our products where end customers visit frequently

Requirements

* Functional knowledge of retail business preferably in the building material industry
* Knowledge of architect and contractor base in Cochin
* Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
* High level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
* Drive for results and execution excellence
* Develop partnerships and keep stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time

Qualification Criteria

* Graduate degree preferably in a technical stream or engineering
* Postgraduate in management will be an added advantage
* 3-4 years of previous total experience, with preferable exposure to the building material industry
