Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd is seeking an accomplished Area Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and use data insights to refine sales approaches.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Manage customer relationships efficiently, and conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss product options and recommend suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as demonstrated leadership skills.
