About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.

  • Manage customer relationships efficiently, and conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss product options and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as demonstrated leadership skills.
