The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through lead generation, client relationship building, and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
  • Manage and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the business.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
