Business Development Manager for Amazon Services in India

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ASSPL - Gujarat. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by recruiting third-party sellers that deliver competitive pricing and broad product selection on Amazon websites globally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and ecommerce challenges. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing agreements with third-party sellers, as well as helping define key retailer segments to target and establishing seller relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a demonstrated ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to sellers of all sizes. You will also need to be able to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously to hit business objectives.
Responsibilities- Understand Amazon Services products and services and articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Help define the seller base and industry verticals we target using local knowledge.
- Identify valuable sellers and select them for Amazon services.
- Acquire retailers with valuable selection and establish long-term partnerships.
- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic training.
- Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
