Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Territory Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships within your designated territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your primary duties will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue within your territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Service Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conducting site visits to collaborate with clients and Service Partners, finalizing scope and quotes, and resolving any concerns that may arise.
- Maintaining regular communication with Livpreneurs to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide support.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in any field, accompanied by 15 years of academic education.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development and Growth, with at least 1 year of B2C Sales experience.
- Excellent multi-tasking and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex operations structures.
- A strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India or specific regions.
- Exceptional leadership and people skills, with a high level of ownership around targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
