Job Title: Territory Business Development Executive

Description:

Kaizenat Technology Private Limited seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead business development initiatives in the North India region. As a Territory Business Development Executive, you will drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and quotas that align with Kaizenat business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD/CAE software sales within the assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
