Job Description

The Sales Leadership Manager at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide teams, develop and implement strategies for business growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Regularly review sales performance, analyze key data, and make strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in the life insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Sound knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interactions.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum (depending on location and experience)
