Job Description:
The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities within target markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing sales leads, closing new business opportunities, and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales performance reports, providing insights on progress towards goals, forecasts, and key metrics.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, working with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on client needs and expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and cohesive strategy alignment.
- Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations to maintain a high standard of professionalism.
