Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Innova ESI. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inside sales, particularly in handling B2B clients. A preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Audio-Visual products and services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Extract and analyze relevant data from various portals for potential client acquisition. Identify and qualify leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct cold and warm calls to B2B clients to promote products and services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close deals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B client handling.
  • Expertise in data extraction through various portals.
  • Knowledge of Audio-Visual products and services (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
