At E-Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Professional to join our dynamic Digital Engineering Services Sales Team.

This exciting role focuses on lead generation, requiring close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities across US and Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in B2B prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities to support our business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, with a strong focus on US or Canada geographies. Your ability to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities will enable you to effectively identify and target potential prospects. Additionally, your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in building lasting relationships with clients and maintaining a robust database of contacts for future reference and targeted outreach.

The successful candidate will have a Tech Graduate degree and possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize geo/industry/product research and competitor analysis to identify and generate qualified leads, focusing on targeted verticals using web and social media.
  • Set up Qualified Meetings: Schedule and prepare sales personnel with essential information and insights gathered during the lead-generation process.
  • Campaign Management: Support and run geo/industry/product/service campaigns via email, phone, and events to activate and maintain engagement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively identify and target potential prospects.
  • Client Follow-up: Persistently and professionally follow up with clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain a robust database of contacts for future reference and targeted outreach.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales with a focus on US or Canada geographies.

Education: Tech Graduate preferred
